El Dorado Park’s Annual Trunk or Treat Carnival Tuesday, an annual event held on October 31, 2017 4-6:00 at Wesley UMC 1343 E. Barstow Ave. Fresno Ca. 93710. The event involves a trunk decorating contest. The children will have the opportunity to participate in a costume contest, face painting, candy, and games.
